We offer a lifetime warranty on compression molded acrylic signage because the process supports it. Compression molded acrylic has no applied layers to delaminate, no adhesive bonds to fail, no coatings to wear. The raised characters and braille are the acrylic. Short of physical damage to the sign itself, there is nothing to fail.
Lifetime warranty
This warranty covers compression molded acrylic signage products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover defects or damage caused by vandalism, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, acts of God, improper maintenance, or any other cause outside the control of Thermoformed Signs. Signs should be cleaned with soap and water or non-alcohol, non-ammonia-based cleaners. This warranty specifically does not cover normal fade, color change, or paint fill. The purchaser is responsible for removal, wall repair, and reinstallation costs of warrantied signage.
Limited one-year warranty
The limited one-year warranty covers all signs not covered by the lifetime warranty. It covers any defect due to faulty material or workmanship for one year from the date of invoice for custom signage other than thermoformed compression molded signage. Defective signs will be repaired or replaced without charge. The purchaser is responsible for removal, wall repair, and reinstallation costs of warrantied signage.
