Questions
Answers before you send drawings.
Can I preview a sign before I have an account?
Yes. The 3D preview shows raised copy and Grade 2 braille as a layout placeholder. It is not production art. Budgetary prices stay behind a confirmed account.
Where do you ship?
All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Compression molded acrylic signage, against defects in material and workmanship, with the exclusions in the published warranty. Other custom signage carries a limited one-year warranty.
How thick can an acrylic face be?
1/2 inch is offered. Thicknesses up to 1 inch are available. Thicknesses past the price sheet are quoted rather than calculated.
How do you get paid?
ACH is preferred. Check and credit card are accepted. Credit cards include a 3% surcharge. Orders over $2,500 require a 50% deposit, and the balance is Net 30. Established accounts are Net 30.
Who handles braille translation?
Braille translation, if needed, is quoted per job. We manufacture from the production-ready art you supply, including the Grade 2 braille. Translation accuracy is the customer's responsibility.
What is a window sign without a rabbet?
The message window is a stack: the face, a 1/16 inch filler with the slot, and a 1/8 inch back. The insert slides into the filler. There is no rabbet cut into the face.
